Our company is privately owned and operates across four distinct lines of business: Turnkey Projects, Concrete Infrastructure Restoration, Concrete Coatings, and Hydro Demolition (Hand Lancing).     We’re currently looking for Intermediate Project Coordinator to join our Edmonton Team!

    Job Duties Include but not limited to:

    • Coordinate with Gator stakeholders and client management to prioritize and schedule execution of projects
    • Procure any necessary paperwork (process descriptions, marking up plot plans, documenting upcoming work etc.)
    • Planning, scheduling, organizing, and evaluating projects from start to finish.
    • Maintaining and monitoring project plans and schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
    • Handle cost controls, schedule control and change order administration, according to schedule, specifications, materials and resource planning for all projects
    • Handle project specifications, drawings, and contracts with the ability to provide interpretation on field issues, changes, etc.
    • Project document management, including preparing contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
    • Other duties as required

    Requirements:

    • Post-Secondary education in Engineering (Civil Engineer Technologist, BSc in Civil Engineering). Must be possess or be willing to attain P.Eng. designation.
    • 10+ years experience in industrial/commercial construction setting
    • On site concrete or coating as Laborer and Foreman an asset
    • Proficient with Windows operating systems, Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat
    • Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Naviswork
    • Strong problem-solving skills and fast learner
    • Capable working individually or as part of a team and leadership roles
    • Strong communication, positive attitude and organization skills for dealing with the public
    • Must have drivers’ licence and reliable transportation, and able to pass a pre- employment drug screen
